“The Fencer” premiered in Germany today at Munich International Film Festival. The film received long aplauses and a very warm welcome. “The Fencer” also received the Bernard Wicki award for promoting international understanding and tolerance.

Bernhard Wicki has said: “Films cannot change the world or make it a better place, but they can create a climate that allows things to develop and change to take place.”
